Annie & Robert Columbia Engagement
Here is Annie and Robert’s engagement session. I’ve been playing catch up since I got back into town from the weekend. You will probably see another blog very soon…maybe even today!

I’ve blogged these guys a handful of times and figured I’d share this ‘at the Cooper’s House’ family session. Anna and Gabe are really good kids. I use to say the best kids are your nieces and nephews but these rank right up there! It was the first time I had been to their house for a photo session. It was a bit overwhelming seeing my framed artwork in action all over the house!

These guys were like please please please come outside!!

We tried to get the family cat in on some shots. After this brief appearance the cat disappeared!

This took an act of congress to get. Poodles have an uncanny amount of energy by the way! They were everywhere!

Up in the tree house. One of my favorites of the day.

I got up in the tree house too!

Finished up with a snack in the kitchen! Thanks for the cupcake guys!

My girlfriend told me the other day I needed to blog. She said that it looks like I haven’t been very busy. So I’m going to ‘attempt’ to put up 7 blog entries over the next 14 days. I’ve actually been the busiest I’ve ever been with wedding photography. I have also been working on several projects which should come to light over the next few months. The only hint I can give is that my veins bleed photography, photography and more photography.
So let’s jump to a wedding. This was actually Rob and Tania’s wedding. I get asked quite a bit about weddings and are any of them any different. There’s never a time when when a wedding feels like a repeat. That is mostly because the couples are so different.
This wedding was a little different though. It was at a mountain home which was absolutely beautiful.
About everything was handmade, including the house. Here’s Tania making Margaritas for the wedding. She actually let me sample and i can remember them being very potent, I recommended she decrease the alcohol so nobody would pass out before it was over.

Here’s Aunt Toni preparing some of the food. They were incredibly nice people! Tania invited me back around Thanksgiving and I plan on hitting up the rehearsal site for some still motion star photography. Very exciting! I actually met a few astronomy buffs that had a bunch of super cool telescopes but it turned out to be a little cloudy.

Here’s Tania getting ready.

A few of my favorite shots before the wedding. We actually had to dodge about 3 different rain clouds that day.

Tania’s dad walking her down the isle.

These guys dated around 14 years.

All time best dressed award for one of the uncles.

This is a first. I tried to get everyone’s photo at the wedding.

Here’s a few creative shots and a nice portrait on the stairs.

Found two soon to be heart breakers running around at the wedding.

Two cupcake thieves nibbling a little too soon.

Uncle Mark cutting the cake. Yep….he cut the cake!

Rob and Tania had first dibs though.

These guys were over the top with fireworks excitement. South Carolina’s fireworks laws are a lot more open than other states. So, I finally figured out why there are so many fireworks stores in South Carolina.

Not the greatest fireworks shot but it was free handed!

Make sure you check out the photobooth video on the facebook fan page! These guys had a blast with it!
